Regardless of your experience, the project size or scope, we always start at the same point: What is your vision – your specific wants and needs? Once that is established, we help you formulate a timeline, recommend product choices and provide an accurate budget.
Once completed, our commercial cleaners leave the space and fixtures spotless, and we are ready to hand the store over to you ready for stocking and selling!
We ensure all compliance documentation, certificates, etc. are ready for the completion date.
We closely monitor and control progress and quality throughout the fit out process, and communicate with you on a regular basis.
Work starts, and we ensure that all Health and Safety, Insurance and Induction procedures are in place.
We begin working through all consultant and compliance necessities, including structural and fire engineering, council consents, mall specific compliances, etc.
When you have agreed the concept and budget, we begin working drawings, with detailed and firm pricing to follow.
If required, we produce concept drawings, liaise with mall managers if applicable, and begin establishing a budget.
We discuss timelines, budget and scope of work; is it a full “turn-key” service or partial fit out and provide an initial work programme covering all of the processes involved.
We take your brief, gain as much understanding from you as possible regarding your business and what you want the fit out to achieve for you, while using our experience to add value to the mix.
Getting retail space “right” is a science and an art. Visual impact, the quality of finishing, layout, lighting – they all make up the customer experience. Be as involved in the fitout process as you want, or carry on with your business while we make it happen for you.
Miller Creative Group’s project managers understand how critical it is to get finishes and details just right, when you have a hospitality concept that needs to be realised. We have in-house manufacturing and employ an experienced installation team, so we can make promises and deliver on them.
Working alongside you and your designer, and adding our skills and knowledge to the mix, we deliver specification the first time. We know completion dates are not flexible and our project managers and in-house resources allow us to control the work flow and timeline.
